Theta
This token was released on Binance very recently. If you don't know about Theta, I suggest you do some homework. This company has got huge investors and partners. Steve Chen, co-founder of youtube, is one of the lead advisors on the board, and other gigantic companies like Twitch.tv are also supporting them. The coin is already in use on a sports streaming site where viewers can gift and exchange coins. If you haven't looked into the streaming business, let me tell you: it's huge. Video gamers get huge donations and frequent donations and the audience is in the millions. Theta's test network will be released this month, and with all the strong backers, I'm sure it will be a huge proof of concept that will lead to tons of potential for growth. The platform itself is a deceltralized Youtube, essentially, with video-content uploaders getting paid for their ads in Theta and viewers getting paid for their information from advertisers by Theta coins (whereas now Youtube hoards all the cash that it makes off selling your information to advertisers). I'm fairly certain that Theta will rival Steem in value.
The value of Theta has shown strong support as we move forward into a hesitant bull push. The photo below shows Theta's entire lifespan on Binance.
I highly suggest getting involved with this blockchain!

WePower
I have to be honest, I'm not very familiar with WPR, but I was browsing KuCoins user-voted coins, and WPR was voted in by over 35%. That is a strong sign. The website looks very encouraging, and the blockchain looks solid. However, since it's initial release on Binance, it has seen a significant falloff. This is pretty typical of a lot of coins released on Binance, especially when they are released when the market is on a high.
On 8 May it was released onto Kucoin's exchange. Since its release it has suffered with the TMC falloff, but it is starting to see a small resurgence. I would keep note of this one!

I follow Wepower since the ICO phase and personally I think that they have doing very well till now. Theta looks also good.
