Coinbase users beware!! The problems are not just with credit cards.
I experienced problems with Coinbase for the first time this week. It did not involve a credit card. They cancelled 4 of my bank orders for no reason. And, they debited my bank account for the amounts anyway. I have no idea why the orders were cancelled. Obviously, I had enough money in my bank account because they took it!! Customer support is awful. Days later I get canned responses via email. No phone support. No refunds to my bank account yet.
