I think CME is not only involved in this crash but some countries like china, Korea and Japan is also involved in BTC dumping because all the negative news come from these countries. Check recent case of coinrail & bithumb exchange being hacked. Before that there were case of massive Bitcoin dumping on okex in March 2018.
