I am from India and I think Zebpay is the most popular place to buy bitcoins. They only have a mobile app though. Prices are usually 5% above global rates, sometimes even 15% when there is high demand. Zebpay is pretty quick and hassle free. Prices are cheaper at coinsecure, but their website is a bit clunky. They were down for a week early this month due to overload. I think volume is quite low in India but we are trying our best to spread the word :)
