People who spend several hours a day in front of their (desktop or laptop) computers would find a 5-minute break every hour really helpful for their physical health as well as mental health. 🤓 That 5-minute break can be spent either by stretching while seated/standing, walking around, drinking a glass of water, or taking a short nap. 🧘♂️😏
