Never sell all your BTC/BCC :) I would, and this is only my personal opinion, sell a little bit as a reward to yourself at every 100% gain. 5-10%. But I wouldn't dare to sell all my BTC ever. If it takes the role of digital gold it could be worth 100-500k USD in the future.
