And the market takes a u-turn up. I mean, come one. Everyone with half a brain understood this. Who thought South Korea would BAN cryptocurrencies? Ban something that is unbannable? Hands in the air! No hands? That's mah crypto currency hodlers.

Now what they are doing is ban ANONYMOUS trading.
Who gives a shit? Not me, and certainly not Mike Tyson. Look how he' laughing at the regulators, and especially how he's laughing of all the pimply teens pissing their pants because of FUD.
But don't worry shorters. I'm sure some central banker, or perhaps the Rotschilds come out with some negative views on cryptos in the coming days - making people shit their pants and make the market fall 25%.
If the crypto crowd doesn't mature beyond pissing their pants every time a banker say some bad words about cryptos, we're going to see this kind of erratic volatile behavior. Too few people realize the potential of cryptos. But that was also true with me, two years ago. Before I really understood the fundamental value, and the FACT that this is where you want to invest most of your money LONG TERM - I was too in and out for months. But one day, after reading up on cryptos I made a life changing decision, and that was to HODL. And that was before I ever heard about hodling.
No worries yet though. February could be a no-mans land month as well. I don't think we'll really take off until March. But I'm almost always too conservative when it comes to cryptos.
Anyone paying attention to this whole thing unfold would have instantly understood that all the stuff coming out of SK in the last 2 weeks was KNOWN short term FUD and nothing more. Other similar situations will continue in other countries throughout the world in the coming months, but again all of it will be bullshit and very short lived FUD in all cases.
South Korea confirms no crypto ban, the @Ripple #XRP Q4 report release possible for this week, and more announcements are expected... its a perfect storm for things to get really bullish. @scandinavianlife
Completely agree. Getting ready myself. I have a much better profit taking schedule this time so I can ladder in on the dips.
Great post, got be able to know what's real bad news and what's FUD. I actually just made a post about that. HODL'ers UNITE !
Like I mentioned in my previous comment, any attempt at banning crypto currency in the modern era would eventually become an exercise in futility. It is good however that they have retraced their steps.
I just love the fact that they found a whole load of South Korean Government officials sold their bitcoins before they announced all the FUD and now they have bought them back... mmm
Yeah. no surprise that government officials are the most corrupt of humans.
Amazing video
Where's the video? Huh?
Hmmmm
What them Koreans need to come up with is a Kimchi Coin.
What eill really fuck everything ip is if north korea starts being huge in crypto as a way to get around all of the economic punishment that has been put on them.
Hodler!! Cryptos

I agree with you, how to ban something that is unbannable? They come to sense :)

I have a feeling we will see more of this kind of erratic volatile behavior in the future.
