That's interesting. I don't think his words did anything to the bitcoin price, I think it was all about the China news. Hopefully now that's out of the way, the price of bitcoin can go back to trending upwards.

It was a combination. If you look at the timing of his comments and immediate high profile tweets from the conference broadcasting his proclamation that BTC is a fraud, there was a noticeable immediate sell-off.
