There is a guyide on the veritaseum site. You basically got to go to myetherwallet, and then follow the simple or advanced instructions. Basically you send Ether to their wallet and they sent you Veri back. The simple method can take up to 3 days to get coins back, but i got them back in under a day. At the presale it was 30 per ether.

I have try it many times, the success tranfer message appear, in green, but them I check the operation and it is cancelled each time. I get back my ethereum but I paid the transfer fee many times...and nothing. I think it is because the date to pre-sale has pass. It was the 25 or 26 of mai.
