I've been looking into businesses that are here in the U.S. that not only accept Bitcoin (BTC) but actually accept other cryptocurrencies as a form of payment. There are places that accept Bitcoin and of course, hats off to them, I applaud them. But for a company to pave the way for others and accept payment in the form of other altcoins is an admirable thing in the world we live in. The travel company CheapAir provides airfare are trailblazing the way for others to follow by not only accepting Bitcoin, but they accept Litecoin (LTC) and Dogecoin (DOGE). They are also working to accept Ethereum, and DASH. Now this may be a regular thing abroad. Companies may accept all different types of Crypto currencies, but here in the U.S. this is really something considering all of the regulations the government is trying to put on different crypto currencies. Even after Coinbase has left these guys hanging, they're still accepting these altcoins so next time you fly, try to use these folks. I hear they may try and use Bitpay as the exchange to handle their crypto transference.
