What to do with your Bitcoin Cash?
SELL
I put sell first because currently at just under $300 I expect most people will just dump their bitcoin cash (BCH) treating it like a dividend from their bitcoin holdings.
BUY
I see many using the term "lottery" for bitcoin cash. This seems like hyperbole but for some they may buy more hoping bitcoin cash reaches a price that is 50% of BTC or maybe even 100% of BTC. Or some may believe it goes higher than BTC?!
HODL
Given the uncertainty of bitcoin cash's future and even bitcoin itself -- there is a very small chance it could be usurped by bitcoin cash or another alt coin as the reserve / de facto crytocurrency. Will bitcoin cash stay at around 1/10th the price of BTC? No one knows....so if you don't need the money or extra BTC now you can just hodl on to your bitcoin cash...
Thank you.
sell bitcoin cash immediately (with a stop loss, so it will only trigger in a downtrend) and buy at much lower could be a good strategy.
Spoken like a true trader. I like that - most likely on ViaBTC. Hopefully it doesn't whipsaw...
I am holding both to minimise regrets down the road...
how about the rest of you?
I'm leaning towards hodling too. Thanks!
Crazy times! Hopefully we both made the right call.
Anything else you are favouring? Loving Ardr/Nxt and LBRY taking nice jumps today in my portfolio
I find LBRY interesting and was thinking of buying some or even mining it. It has some audacious goals in congregating info.
For sure! I am favouring EOS overall as an alt token/platform. Not familiar with Ardr/Nxt --- will look into them.
Ardr/Nxt I got into because of its ICO this month and gaining 0.5 of their new coin for every Nxt coin I own. Plus their goals sound in the ball park for potential success/adoption.
EOS I have been looking into today but still pretty clueless. Whats its appeal to you?
Interesting.
In a nutshell...EOS is attempting to improve upon every aspect of Ethereum. With a fresh start I think EOS may have some success in the marketplace and may have some upside as an investment too.
I will have to keep an eye on it and read up further on it then! Thanks for the chat :)
I'll be watching Bcash and if it starts to plummet I'll sell... then pick it all back up at the bottom. Or... if btc skrockets overnight I might sell it then go back in after the fact and buy up both btc and Bcash.
Good luck. I'm afraid we may see BCH plummet, but it may not be as bad as many fear since so many BTC are tied up on exchanges / platforms like Coinbase where people have no access to their BCH to sell it. My long term goal is to accumulate more BTC - I think it maintains its dominance for the foreseeable future - BTC is the USD of cryptos... it is the reserve/de facto currency...
