I mean think about it.....if you knew someone was about to pull all number crunching power from the BTC network, and you had the resources, would you not fill that space and try to reap the rewards? It would be foolish for one group to suddenly drop the first to market product that owns over half of the market, and is almost 10x it's nearest competitor.....it just doesn't make sense....sure, clog the system, it will only piss off those who rely on it, then they will be pissed, and why would they follow you to a new coin then? Especially if someone else is cleaning up the mess at a decent speed?
