Are there any tutorials for how to get and use the coins?
I see for how and why and strategies... But I need to have some sort of account to do it, right? I don't know much about this stuff and I'd like to learn...

These are cryptocoins. You can buy on exchanges such as bittrex, binance. Yes you need account for that. Read and watch some material about cryptocurrencies that will give you idea.
