According to Federal Reserve 2/3 of dollars cash are used outside USA.

Just three lenders now handle the bulk of the global “bank notes” business:

1. Bank of America Corp. (USA)
2. Bank of Ireland (UK, I think)
3. United Overseas Bank (Asia)
