As many people know the volitility of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies has been a rollercoster since the start of January 2018. While this has been a stressful and hair pulling expereince for many, there has been major wealth gains made by those that already hold many BTC assets.
With Bitcoin dropping to levels of $6500 on some trading days, there has both been a flurry of panic selling and surprisingly strong buying. Many experienced BTC investors with an already impressive Blockfolio have bought bitcoin and other crypto assets during these low 'dip' cycles. This has bolstered there already impressive blockfolios by a large degree.
We are also seeing much more mainstream adoption of the these crypto-assets with many more companies and e-commerce businesses willing to take them on for purchases.
What does this teach us?
- The world is seeing Bitcoin as a store of value
- The growth of bitcoin is being forecasted by experts to exceed many expectations
- Emotional control is important to master for future blockfolio gains
- Research and education are the only tools for intelligent investing
Is Bitcoin still a good investment even though it looks like the dip is over? Yes. Current forecast estimates put bitcoin on a trajectory towards $1 Million and even further. This could take a few years or longer but at the end of the day Bitcoin is currently the most viewed and research 'investment' in the world right now!

Great article! As a more conservative speculator, I can't see Bitcoin reaching 1 million anytime soon, can however see 'Altcoin' prices mooning as global investors seek real world use cases to back over a mere store of value.
Excellent response, I doubt it also. Loads of construction like regulation pressure halting faster growth
Do you mean it is being searched for on google more than any investment? (Bitcoin)
Not sure of google searches but definitely from buyer interest and adoption by major fund managers
