With all of the happenings in the cryptocurrency space in regards to regulations, will privacy coins such as Verge, Monero and Pivx survive? This article is not meant to spread FUD, anyone with common sense should be wondering the same thing.

So far Bitcoin is in the $8,000 range, down from close to $20,000 in mid December of last year. There are a few reasons for Bitcoins decline, one of them being the hype declining and the recent reactions from the government of the United States of America in regards to the regulations of the cryptocurrency space.

Coins like Monero and Verge will not be viewed by the government in a positive way, Monero's dark web and Verge's Wraith Protocol will garner up topics such as money laundering, tax evasion, and the funding of terrorism. The aforementioned coins has features that can not be traced or tracked in any way and the U.S. government would possibly have licensed exchanges delist privacy coins or the exchanges can risk the chance of being shut down completely if they don't comply.

Once again this article is not intended to spread FUD, its just something to think about with everything that is going on in the cryptocurrency space. What are your thoughts?
