Two questions: 1) are you still offering private coaching? if so, how can I contact you?

  1. I'm having trouble laddering in. If using Bittrex for example VTC, they don't have a VTCUSD, only a VTCBTC. Placing your ladders is based off of USD, how do you adjust to BTC prices when they will fluctuate greatly?
