Dominium is a decentralized estate property management platform. Everything that concerns property is evaluated with international standard by Dominium to ensure compliance. These are positioned on blockchain in the company of property sale, lease, and management.
Dominium property management platform is constructed on Ardor child chain. The chain decentralizes property management on blockchain. This will pave way for companies to generate standardized assets and necessary documentation that can be bought my Dominium account subscribers.
CHALLENGES OF REAL MARKET
Real estate is an ancient lucrative means of investment. Despite it numerous advantages, there are persistent challenges that affect the real estate business. These challenges include long stock of investment which makes it hard to withdraw. Also, real estate is colonized by mostly high wealth individuals. Though over the years, some of the problems are solved but partly, and are not totally eliminated.
How advanced is the project?
Dominium is being developed by a group of real estate professionals with industry experience dating back to 1833. The initial idea was form in 2012 to create a blockchain platform for property funding. The project’s development starting from 2016 is as follows in the diagram below:
What are the tokens used for and how can token value appreciate?
DOM tokens is the unit of payment on the platform. It will be used for activities such as creation and trading of assests, listing a property for sale and for rent, renting and purchasing of a rental agreement e.t.c.
Apart from using token for payment in the platform which will increase its value as many people are using the platform for real estate activities. The project also has two new ways to increase the value of the token. The first one is yearly token burn which will be audited and publicly announced, the second way is their buy back program which ensures token value is maintained regardless of cryptocurrencies market fluctuation. Income generated by the platform will be used to buy tokens back regularly which ensure a steady demand for the token.
