I think that there two important factors here:
- As users when need to check all the details before we click the Send button. I think this is similar to the Agree to the Terms that no one ever reads. We get in a habit of clicking and we stop thinking.
- The community as a whole needs to be available to all members of the community. Sometimes we need to let people learn from their mistakes, but we always most stop injustices against the community.
