I would jump at the chance to get a portion of my paycheck in BTC. That would be ideal.
Each announcement like this is another stake in the established system. When people start getting paid in a non fiat currency, things change radically. This single company is taking their employees out of the fiat system. If this continues, we will see an eradication of the power structure the central bank system has.
Over the next couple years we will see a slow bleed from fiat. People are looking for a collapse, I dont think that will happen. I believe it will be more companies like this one offering to pay their employees in Bitcoin (or some other currency). That will be what changes things.
