I follow the bitcoin stock exchanges. The cost of bitcoin in the cex.io site is always higher than other sites. I think because of that, Cex.IO low commission amounts.

The BTC price is formed according to market conditions and volume of trading operations on our platform. Every trading platform has its market conditions and that's why the prices differ.
