Bitcoin, and cryptocurrencies in general, are massive innovations that provide a leapfrog to economies ahead of others. It is why Putin is personally interested in such technologies.

as I understand that this current government is interested in a stronger, richer and powerful Armenia. I recommend that we move as quickly as possible to form a committee to investigate how Armenia can adopt a cryptocurrency for all official government transactions and push us into first world technological discussions and relevancy. The Central Bank, Armenian government must provide the leadership and push this society not just along in 2017, but towards a world leader position.

I believe that this is entirely doable, feasible and we can implement this.
