Not your fault, @jarekzip, but it would have been better just to have an article to read stating what's in the video. It's difficult to listen to the computer generated voice.
I agree with this view, it's totally ridiculous to have to declare your crypto portfolio upon entering the U.S. However, technically, you are NOT carrying it with you when you leave or enter the country.
Remember, that's the whole point of decentralized technology, your wallet isn't actually on your phone, your browser, or even that piece of paper that you printed that contains your keys. Your actual wallet is a locator address on a global ledger. That's it.
