I am looking a wallet to buy and store bitcoins. But infortunately coinbase si not supported in mu country. Can you suggest one? Please! And a wallet that does not steal my savings. With good reputation and reviews. And ofcourse supported in my country.
An exchange is where you buy, and a wallet is where you store what you bought from the exchange. Coinbase happens to be both. Just duckduckgo or google for "cryptocurrency exchange philippines" and see what you find.
Never heard or experienced that before. Might have happened to someone but I suggest you securely safe all your keys, phrases and passwords so if anything goes wrong you can recover your wallet.
Coinbase (where it is available) permits connection to your bank account. And can transfer your currency in or out as well as permitting a limited cryptocoin exchange and wallets.
This is not a common setup. You may have to work with an exchange for bank access, buying/selling cryptocoin and initial wallet. Then if you create a wallet elsewhere (like on your smart phone, PC, or an offline wallet) then you can transfer coin from the exchange to the new wallet.
I think you are looking for an exchange, not a wallet.

For which cryptocurrency? Jaxx is good as a multi-currency wallet. If you are looking for an Exchange try Kraken or PoloniEx.
But i have read a review that a certain person upgraded his android version of Jaxx and he lost some bitcoins after.
