I Think This Is Really Good for Country and BTC Holders In India cz Now They Dont Have to Worry About Ban In India.Paying TAX Is Better than Ban Of BTC India
#Indians Have to Pay 20% TAX If They Hold #BTC for More than 3 Years. This Proves that #BTC Is Not Going to #Ban or It Is Not #Illegal In India but Not #Legal Tender In India. If #Indians Try to Hide Their #BTC from Govn. to Avoid #TAX then They Have to Pay 12% Intrest Yearly and A Few More Updates You Can Find On News Channel Of India
Wow... this just shows that . They just don't "get it" lol. After the 364th day on the 3rd year. Exchange it for another coin and back again and BAM... you get another 3 years of tax free hodling. Silly gooberments. Still chasing their tails. It makes me laugh.
Yeah that is a good point. It seems as if it may be impossible or more difficult to regulate and control cryptocurrencies than it seems.
I wonder who/how they came up with that length of time?
Yeah, me too lol
How can you ban what you cannot hold? Bitcoin is not physical and we only have access to the pie which is neither is or isn't in and not in India and the USA and many countries. Does the government have the right to break into your computer to see if you have a password and passphrases that is connected to cryptocurrencies? If they can spy into your computer to see, then what else could they do?
Most Indians cannot afford BTC so what is the point of banning this crypto coin...
ANYONE can "afford" btc... If you have 5 cents... you can have it in the form of BTC. Bitcoins are divisible to 8 decimal points that means you can theoretically have one hundred millionth of a Bitcoin. 1 satoshi is worth 0.00008111 USD. ;)

A quick question though. I do see that you have mentioned about getting updates on News Channel of India, but I don't see anything in reliable network like NDTV or News18 for that matter. Could you please let me know the source of this info or maybe get me the link?
TIA
i just posted some update on Bitcoin in Norway, where the Government is taxing Bitcoins as an asset in tax law. What happens if you hold it for less then 3 years, its taxed as part of total asset?
Amazing news! Hopefully this will clear the unnecessary FUD in the market today!
