Bitcoin has been on a downward trend since the beginning of 2018 but this is about to change anytime when the 'big money' comes in. And it's almost there.
If you've been reading the news lately then you realize that many institutions are very interested in bitcoin and the cryptocurrency sphere. They want to get in but they still on the sidelines waiting for those well established regulatory frameworks from the likes of SEC. SEC has already ruled that bitcoin and ethereum are not securities and that is a good sign at least for those two crypto currencies. I'm sure many more will join this list soon and when the regulatory frameworks are solid in place money is going to pour in like manna from heaven from institutions.
Many retail investors are currently skeptical due to the decline in prices of bitcoin and selling off but this would be little compared to when bitcoin is at $100,000 or $500,000 and you don't have any in your wallet.
