Personally I do the same. Buy off Bittrex and always get more if timed correctly. Then just take off and put in to steemit.com I find doing that on Bittrex is always a better option even when it comes to selling also, always get more in Bittrex the no1 exchange!

Yes Bittrex is what I usually use also and for making a lot of buys over time, it is worth the extra effort and time to sign up for an account. For just getting started and making the fastest transactions, I started with @BlockTrades and still use it if I would rather avoid the 30 minute wait to use Bittrex between the deposit, buy/sell, and withdrawal!
