I recently came across a youtube video which provides a detailed analysis of bitcoins price action as well as future predictions. In the past I have written an article which states a similar concept.
Rather than simply summarising this video like I normally would, I have decided to share it with the steem community. In my opinion it is definitely worth the watch!
The you-tuber in question (chris dunn) appears extremely knowledgeable and I would strongly suggest watching his other videos.

The bitcoin market today feels very similar to the atmosphere around the property market around 2006/2007. So glad that I'm getting into crypto via steem, at least it's based on a tangible social media/networking platform, meanwhile bitcoin is simply an idea that has no intrinsic value the second people lose confidence.

I think a lot of the crypto currencies can be related to the dotcom boom.. lots of promise but will they fill a need?
On saying that, my favourite crypto atm is probs power ledger it's very new, has real world applications, short road map and is, in my opinion very undervalued :)
