"The Legends Room" in Las Vegas is a strip club with a revolutionairy idea. For anyone who wants to frequent the establishment without leaving a money trail, there is an easy way to pay for the clubs services, including the dancers. It is with Bitcoin.
The unique idea at this establishment is the fact the strippers wear temporary QR tattoos which is tied to a bitcoin wallet address.
The club opened up in May 2017 by Nick Blomgren, a mixed martial arts trainer who devised the plan to enable one to frequent the establishment without loved ones finding out.
“We came up with an idea probably about a year and a half ago of how we could turn this Bitcoin into something. So we were brainstorming. First, we were thinking about a fight company because I own a mixed martial arts gym. I was like well that would work better in a strip club. It’s the best place to spend it if you don’t want your wife to know or you don’t want your boyfriend to know,” said Blomgren.
Getting involved early does have advantages.
Vanessa Murphy, an I-Team field reporter, had a fascinating conversation (documented below) with one stripper, who claims to have been in the crypto game for over 5-years. The stripper tells the reporter, "cryptocurrency may be the future for adult entertainment workers."

Brenna Sparks, adult entertainer: "Oh, quite often. Like the people that come here, they are like really into crypto. I feel like it's very smart. They are really into that."
The dancer whose stage name is Brenna Sparks, says she became interested in cryptocurrency when she was just 19 years old. She's now 26 years old.
"It's peer to peer. It's anonymous, and it's instant," Sparks said.
Sparks says she and her friends think cryptocurrency may be the future for adult entertainment workers.
"I'm not going to name names, but there are certain banks that… will shut down your account and actually deny you from having an account because we work in the adult entertainment industry, said Summer Chase, adult entertainment worker.
The club's DJ, known as Saint Clare, says part of her deal at the Legends Room is that part of her paycheck is cryptocurrency.
"When I first heard about the concept, I thought wow this is really something different, you know," DJ Saint Clare said.
Vanessa Murphy, I-Team Reporter: "Do you check your account a lot?"
Brenna Sparks, adult entertainer: "I do (laughs). It's fun though. Once you invest, it becomes an everyday thing."

I concur that bitcoin could possibly be the eventual fate of grown-up diversion, since no one need's to be followed paying for these administrations! When you can pay with Bitcoin without leaving a follow, I figure grown-up excitement will turn out to be considerably more prevalent along these lines.
Seems like this idea will work for both the strippers and clientele as well, because some banks actually deny people from having accounts due to their involvement with the adult entertainment industry such as strip clubs. I can imagine how this eventualy ends up “hey I’m the bitcoin guy”... lol. Even tough my strip club age has come to an end since I’m a happy married guy. This business indeed needs back up from bitcoin to protect the strippers and clients. It's not a good idea to judge the identity of someone by what she does behind closed doors. It's wrong for banks to do this. Thanks to bitcoin, they can now go back to the same banks and transact. And actually it could be a lot better if they use the cryptocurrency market to transact their money.

I seem to remember some article about how porn has a pretty heavy hand when it comes to technology. Many people attribute VHS beating out Betamax because of porns adaptation. Same for blu ray and hd dvd.

It is a construct which is perfectly suited to totally covert operations. It is a tool that permits agencies to move untraceable moneys from one place to the other without arousing suspicion. If you, as a private or even an institutional investor, choose to invest in crypto currencies, you are a rube and do not understand the nature of this "currency." It is purely the "currency" of intelligence agencies. And if you are not in that circle, you do not belong in the market. Haha, this is crazy! It's great to see bitcoin being used by more businesses. I agree that bitcoin could potentially be the future of adult entertainment, because nobody want's to be tracked paying for these services! When you can pay with Bitcoin without leaving a trace, I think adult entertainment will become even more popular this way.
And wtf is up with that Legends Room token? It seems like it had some nice prices previously...
I think that is amazing!!! Think about that, the strippers could receive their cryptos without loose any tip. Another thing is the total privacy which that could give for people whose want that kind of entertainment, since everything is private and nobody could see want ATM you use, or how you spend your money!
It's fascinating to here bitcoin going further into the adult entertainment world. It looks ridiculous but it actually makes a lot of sense. The identity of the people in this business is crucial to be hidden.
This shows that some corporations are judging them for exploiting the adult entertainment business for the sake of surviving. And it's not only banks.. Many more out there don't want to do anything with stripping. And yet they are not willing to aid these women to survive financially.
Bitcoin is giving these women a life they deserve. Living freely in the world outside adult entertainment. For clients to be paying in bitcoin, both the identity of the stripper and the client will be hidden. And both will continue living comfortable lives outside this business people refer to as dirty.
I applaud Nick Blomgren for accepting to hide the identity of he's workers and clients. This is the first of it's kind and I feel it's going to start trending as many clubs from around the world will come in too to use cryptocurrency in the business.

This is such a wonderful idea. We have to maximize the use of Technology as well as the evolution how the world works like using bitcoins and other crypto currencies . If this will give us better opportunities,why not? But i am really amazed how bitcoins works.
Great, I do believe that in few years, Bitcoin will be the essential way of transacting currencies. Day by day people are joining and excited to start a new trend with Bitcoin. We have seen in most countries and people always want to deal inonymous transactions.
In future days, Banks won't have any more powers. I do not agree on how the middle part can earn more than the money owners. Everyone should get to know about cryptocurrencies and then invest in them.
Finally," the early the better" I do believe that Bitcoin may rise in value . Those who will come late, will have to regret why they never did it as early as they could.
Let's all get involved in cryptos. Those who came before us told us but we never followed. I personally took Bitcoin seriously after hitting high. This may be the same scenario for the present generation if they do not take Bitcoin serious.

Like Andreas stated on his Twitter, re-using your wallet address is poor form in terms of privacy and security. Not sure a QR Code linked to your wallet and tattooed on your body is the best strategy.
The fundamental of the coin is interesting, making a club running with BTC so you can dodge some people that don´t need to know that you were there.
I had no idea this was a actual thing, but I don´t think it will be the last of its kind, it has potential and when BTC and cryptocurrencies start to get bigger and well known, we might watch a mass adoption of this method in "Adult Entertainment" clubs.
