Thanks for reaching out and that's a great question! If you were holding Bitcoin (BTC) in Xapo at the time of the hard fork, then you will see your normal BTC balance and the fork will have replicated that balance into Bitcoin Cash (BCH). However, you will not see a BCH balance in Xapo. As we stated in our blog post and email notifications, when all is deemed safe, Xapo will give you the option to withdraw your BCH from Xapo or sell them to add that value to your account - we do not yet have a timeline for when this will be possible.

P.S. in no way, shape, or form is Xapo accepting BCH transactions to Xapo. We are strictly operating with BTC (and no other cryptocurrencies) and will only allow users with BCH already in Xapo (at the time of the fork) to withdraw them or sell them back to Xapo when it is deemed safe to do so.
