It's a free website that combines cpu mining, crypto faucet, ptc ads, offer walls, games and videos. You can really choose among many ways to earn coins with cointiply.
Your income is indexed to USD
When you claim coins from cointiply, you get paid in a coin that has a fix exchange rate with USD. When you ask for a payout, you will however be paid in btc. So you can wait to have a favourable Btc price before you ask for a payout. If you have a faucethub, you can withdraw with 35'000 coins already. If you have a normal Btc wallet, you will need to wait to have 100'000 coins before you can withdraw. You even have the option to withdraw in Dogecoin when you have 50'000 coins.
Is cointiply a scam?
I've joined this website when it had just launched and since I've been paid 5 times, always within a couple of days. I can't rule out that the site will once stop paying but I am convinced that their business concept is good. The site itself has a lot of income sources. When you win, they win as well. I think therefore that cointiply is not a scam.
