So true, I do a series called Eobot News. Great post, I would just give a little more information on how to start out. I have had people join under me and not start mining hashrate with their daily faucet.
I also mine for my referrals at random using my ASIC and Eobots SHA256 pool. As long as they are mining GHS 3.0 or GHS 4.0
