It is relatively new, but my account balance has been updated as it should, every hour and several times I have withdrawn my entire balance in btc back to my personal wallet with no issues (instant transfer).
If you have concerns, why not try it with a small amount (they accept deposits of as low as 0.001 btc). That's about $4. If all goes well (and I'm sure it will) you can increase it.
I have now withdrawn 6 x and each time withdrawal has gone through without a hitch.
