Quick disclaimer: I'm not ready to say that every person in Bitconnect is purposely trying to scam people out of their money. I do believe that there are people in this opportunity who Believe this will go on forever. Others, may be aware that almost nothing lasts forever, and so they are just seeking to make 'as much as they can, while they can'.
To me, this is where the issue creeps up, because the only ones who know for sure if this is a scam, are the founders & Creators of Bitconnect.
The people selling the program, essentially have been scammed as well. BUT for them, from their perspective and point of view, it's working.
So while watching a new 'video review' of several, talking about what makes Bitconnect a Scam, I heard perhaps the best explanation of what 'actually' makes it impossible for there to be a trading bot.
The bot making Buys would greatly impact the overall market. Making $1-2 Million dollar buys would be noticeable.
More examples include, how people are being paid for their Bitconnect loans in USD (rather than in BTC). This raises the question of where is your BTC, and why is Bitconnect trying to keep that? I'm not ready to endorse his claims that members of Bitconnect are necessarily misleading others on purpose. I also do not support any idea that 'all MLM's are scams'. There are reaons that explain the income disparity within the MLM industry, that would require entire blog posts (such as what's already compiled at TopnetworkersGroup.com)

Avoid Bitconnect and other platforms like it - Invest directly into the market.
Just buy Bitcoin folks. Make it easy on yourself and don't get too caught up in these get rich programs. They never pan out. Buy Ether, and other altcoins that are simply going to be Currency, and disruptive - because that is where the money will be. Happy Investing Everyone!

He's saying the way people were marketing it in the USA/Canada just got them into some serious trouble with the SEC in Texas. I'd stay away personally. Always better to invest in other coins, with less risk! (and less controversy)
