RE: Bits and Pieces - Would You Eat from Goldware?

in #bitsandpieces8 years ago (edited)

I was given colloidal silver by a customer who does it herself. I accepted the gift to be polite but I've never tried ingesting it. Not knowing what benefits I would gain out of it, I didn't even drink a sip. Plus, a long time ago I heard rumors about Robert Anton Wilson suffering from argyria in relation to silver consumption, or something to that effect. Maybe there is absolutely nothing true to it, or I'm totally confusing different bits of memories. Also, I am not aware of any food which serves as a natural source of silver to the human body. I'm not saying it's proof that it's not of any use to us, but it just one more reason I told myself as to why I shouldn't take it without doing any research.

The caretaker of my building gave me two spoons made out of silver. One small and one big. They have turned a bit into more of a goldish color. I think I've been told I should clean them. Still, I use them for eating, because I was told I could. But I don't know if they are only silver plated copper as you say.

On the back of the big one it is written:
W M.A. ROGERS TRIPLE ONEIDA LTD.

And on the back of the little one:
ONEIDA HOTEL PLATE

Edit: I found small ones like mine on EBay.

I am far far from America. Limited language skills and lots of rip off artists keep me on my toes.

Silver is worth a try. I use low voltage creations so that there is no chance of over doing it.
