Do you know if Bitshares is available internationally? I seem to remember trying to sign up but having problems. Do you use the exchange?
Yes.. not all onramp services are available internationally, but the core software can be run by anyone. Just download and run and you have access to the whole shebang. The whole point of bitshares (and all actually distributed exchanges) is permissionless trading.

What BitShares LTM is?
LTM means Life Time Membership and you get discounted transaction fees on the BitShares network. There used to be an Annual Membership but as far as I know that was discontinued so LTM is the way to go!
What is Bitshares LT?
This is the first i have heard of it.
i think you're referring to LTM, that means life time membership where you get rabates on transactions you will do in the future.
