hi @encryptdcouple this looks pretty interesting, how to become an ambassador of the app in my city, and i wonder how does it work lightning network or what? i mean how the payments r settled without paying the miners? and does it really mean any cryptocurrency?
i mean how does the software know we are ambassadors in that city

Payments every 3 seconds??? I knew that Bitshares was in the process of producing trillionaires.. Chain agnostic is a new term for me. I'm back at school, thank you @encryptdcouple..
