Considering they are in the US, the website was closed down and the offices were raided.
I am not sure there banking was actually taking place.
They were in the process of moving towards that I believe.
It is the same thing, Steemit can be shut down but the STEEM blockchain cannot.
Oh, so the Arisebank is like the frontend for whatever backend it was based upon? Then it all make sense now. If it all takes is a gov decision to shut down a decentralized project, that project is total BS to me.
