New Testnet release test-7.0.2 with a network stability fix and a new filled_amount field in limit orders: https://github.com/bitshares/bitshares-core/releases/tag/test-7.0.2
It is recommended that all testnet nodes be upgraded, although it is not required. Public API nodes are best upgraded.
A blockchain replay will be performed automatically when the node starts for the first time.
Prebuilt Linux, macOS and Windows binaries can be downloaded from the release page.

Note: this pre-release is for the BitShares public test network (Testnet) but NOT the BitShares Mainnet.
