One hot ICO project, BlockCDN, will be held in Bitshares. BCDN is a distributed CDN platform based on Blockchain Technology.

Actually, BCDN ICO has been sold out on its official websites. But 1001ico, as BCDN's ICO service partner, still has a quota equivalent of 1000ETH and plans to release these quota in Bitshares on 2017-08-30 20:00:00 UTC+8.
For many of you, may not know about 1001ico. You can check my last post about it (https://steemit.com/bitshares/@klausv587/1001ico-the-new-and-hot-bitshares-exchange). It is so hot that bitCNY is even not enough and it has to issue an UIA called QCNY . Every time they get 1 CNY from user, 1001ico will transfer out 1 QCNY.
Therefore if you want to join the token sales of BCDN, you need to buy QCNY with bitCNY first.
One more thing about the strategy of 1001ico is that they are good at warming up the market. They prefer to issue some WARRENT tokens first. For example, previously, they issued VEN.WARRENT at 0.1 bitCNY first and after one week people can replace it to VEN with adding 0.4 bitCNY. Then during this week, since other ICO service platform could not provide people enough tokens. Then they went to Bitshares to buy VEN.WARRENT even at 30 times to 3 bitCNY. In this case, even people bought the VEN.WARRENT at 0.5 bitCNY and then add 0.4 bitCNY more for exchange a VEN, but they still make profit because the VEN's price is at around 1.5 bitCNY. One important reason is that 1001ico selects one of the best/hot ICO projects and is able to get some quota.
The same this time, they issued the BCDN.WARRANT on Aug 25th already and the price go up several times. The original BCDN.WARRANT is round 0.12 QCNY but is around 0.37 QCNY.

So what would happen on night of 30th in Bitshares, would the network became jam also when VEN launch in Aug 18th?
