Steem has, for the first time showed a broader audience what DPOS (the blockchain protocol underlying bitshares) can achieve in terms of both transaction SPEED and VOLUME. I has also showed the potential value of all bitassets, from bitGOLD to bitUSD, with steembacked dollars (SBD).
Now its only a matter of time before the whole world figures it out in my opinion.

When I saw the post a few weeks ago about the transaction volume on STEEMit being nearly equal to btc, I realize that steemit is not only an excellent social network but in fact it is a really great Tech demo for graphene.
