Payger Scam!!! Christoph Hering Scammer

in #bitshares7 years ago

This story with the scammers is definitely not stopping in the crypto space. Lately I have been seeing that in 10 ICO's 9 are actually scams.

I am bringing you out here my old friend Christoph Hering , who made an ICO for Bitshares Munich and BlockPay in Munich, Germany. He raised 850,000 dollars from different investors worldwide. The ICO issuing company Openledger, Ronny Boesing , who actually makes a lot of ICO's without any escrow contract! The same thing happened with BlockPay and Bitshares Munich, there was no escrow contract, the CEO Christoph Hering even avoided taxes in Germany!

Having said that, I have been in contact with past employees and one of his ex co founders Mr. Crespo. Currently there is an on going investigation with the the German authorities, " finanzamt in Germany" and other German entities investigating the case, after suing Christoph Hering. The case is open for tax avoidance, falsification of documents, employees not having proper working permits and not being payed at the end at all, deviation of funds from Bitshares Munich, BlockPay to his new company Payger and a lot of cases more have been brought to the eye of the German authorities.

I am writing not only to the Bitshares community, but to all the communities, beware of scammers like this, please! Don't be stupid and loose your money this way.

Now Christoph is nowin a foundation called BitcoinLatina  in Latin America, because he knows that his reputation is ruined in Europe. He thinks he can just cross the ocean and start scamming more people in Latin America. An email has been sent to the BitcoinLatina Foundation to make proper background checks to who they bring to their foundation.

Please Beware of Payger, Christoph Hering and all his moves Beware!

Cheers

Steve P

Please visit the Bitcointalk thread about Payger/Blockpay https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2804399.msg28683704#msg28683704 . We would all need to get in contact and coordinate legal action.
