It's likely your system clock is off if you are unable to sync with any API nodes from that computer.

How do I know if it is off? It seems to show the correct time.

Make sure your computer is getting its system time from a valid ntp server.

What is a valid ntp server and how do I make sure my computer is getting its system time from it?
