Hello Tony,
I am on the understanding that BTS is still listed on Bittrex so as for anyone on Bittrex that has BTS can dispose of them off their exchange.
Go to Bittrex and see for yourself that there is NO OPEN ORDERS

You can withdraw BTS. I have no official answer. All I can say is that use your own judgement. If BTS was truly delisted then why is it still there? :)

Its still there to allow people to get rid of their BTS that are on their exchange.
