Thanks @vato, I already did contact shapeshift support. What is odd is it took 1day before I see the transaction in the blockchain explorer. It shout be almost instant right?
Cryptofresh may have been out of sync for sometime.
Yeah, that maybe what happened. Shapeshift had my funds refunded. :)
