sorry didnt read the whole post but i was waiting for months and this week they enhanced my acc.
You can try twitter. I left a messages at their news tweet. Saying they are taking on new customers.. I was like wtf can you please take care of the current ones... So like many other i left my request number, some were lucky .
Then next day i closed/solved most of my requests and send then one about withdraw issues. in stead of verification issues. 4 days later it was fixed

Hey, Thats a good story I was hoping to hear. It's good to know people are receiving support. Seems like they have disabled New User registration so they can take care of the current customers.
Hopefully everything is sorted out soon and Trex can remain a top exchange
