To be clear, Bittrex did not 'BAN' .01% of the users as the statement clearly says "suspended, closed, or banned accounts is very limited: less than 0.1% of total accounts... " and we should assume this is on a case-by-case basis and each reason for adverse action stands on its own merits. I'm also certain that if Bittrex wants to remain a strong and compliant exchange, they will notifiy all those account holders affected as time goes on. It would be the right thing to do. We will see.
