FEDERAL GVT KILL LIST EXPOSED - SPECIAL AGENT WOOTEN BLM WHISTLEBLOWER

in #blm7 years ago

This is a factual presentation as to revealed whistleblower testimony that supports the revelations of serious misdeeds by individuals within the Bureau of Land Management. This only solidifies the reason the Bundy Ranch Trials were dismissed with prejudice after Judge Gloria Navarro identified Brady and Giglio violations on behalf of the prosecution and involved agencies. Willful withholding of exculpatory evidence and more. For there to be trust between the people and their representatives, there needs to be accountability.

SPECIAL AGENT in CHARGE BLM LARRY WOOTEN LETTER

The government is in big trouble. At least it will be, if there is justice. The now-infamous standoffs in Nevada and Oregon could have ended in disaster for liberty and ranchers. And for some, such as rancher LaVoy Finicum, who was shot dead by government officials while traveling on a public highway, it did end in tragedy. But after years of terror and pain felt by the embattled Bundy family and those close to them, there may finally be a very happy ending visible on the horizon for the Nevada ranchers and for justice. It seems the tables have turned, dramatically, against the out-of-control Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and other elements of the federal bureaucracy. In fact, rather than putting the liberty-loving ranchers and their staunchest supporters behind bars for life — or even six feet under, as some Obama administration officials apparently hoped — there is now explosive evidence from a whistleblower that could put some of the rogue bureaucrats on the case in prison for extremely serious crimes.

Among other revelations, a memo by the lead BLM investigator on the case shows that a crazed, high-ranking bureaucrat in charge of the scheming kept a “kill list” of American ranchers whose death he contributed to. Others bragged about brutalizing protesters amid the infamous Bundy case, according to the whistleblower. In addition to numerous alleged violations of law and policy, federal officials involved in the imploding prosecution also exhibited religious bigotry against Mormons, as well as extreme prejudice against the Bundy family and their supporters, whistleblower Larry Wooten revealed in the memo to a high-ranking Department of Justice official. BLM officials were practically itching to instigate a violent confrontation with the ranchers and their supporters, too, the BLM agent turned whistleblower suggested. Officials also withheld exculpatory evidence, an extremely serious offense.
