The amount of text being pumped into the Internet daily is mind blowing. Ranging from Social Media to blogs and Websites, we are in the Information Age and due to the basic Human need of wanting to be heard millions of people around the world take it upon themselves to Inform us of things that we need to know
And when It comes to a website like Steemit that gives you a real Incentive to do so, we hve people pumping out three to five posts daily.
In the race to inform however most people forget the most Important aspect of the Informational process : The Reader. The only way your content will achieve full utility is if someone decides to read It, and In a world where the attention span is limited or even non existent for some people, there are things you need to put in place to grab attention
One of them is Images. No one wants to read a block of text. In a world of full of words, Images helps you clear through the noise and helps your reader reach your desired destiny which is the end of your post, while being Informed at the same time
A well-chosen Image will go a long way in illustrating the point you are trying to pass across, and the good news is that they are extremely easy to find. There are a bunch of websites out there where you can find great stock Images, they are mostly supported by advertising, user donations and so on. The most fascinanting thing is that they let you use their Images for free
