Sounds almost like a certification for workers? You can apply for jobs stating that you have you full Skyllz designation and are qualified at a certain level. This will speed up the vetting process exponentially. The tough part is you still need to go through the process of learning about “who” you are hiring. The human factor can never be taken out of this. Character and personality will determine if someone is a good fit for your organization at the end of the day. You can look at 100 people who all helave the same Skyllz and you will need to wade through those murky waters of human traits.
